Information
Introduction
All enrolled students, faculty, and full-time staff have a campus email
address, and an email account with 300 megabytes of space. In addition,
graduates have email for one year following graduation.
Besides sending and receiving campus email, you may forward your campus
email to another email address, set vacation notices for an automatic
replying, manage mail lists, as well as creating nicknames (aliases).
These tasks are accomplished in myTU.
My email Address
Your campus e-mail address is your campus user name followed by @utulsa.edu
(i.e. john-doe@utulsa.edu). Some e-mail names differ from this structure.
Why do I need to use my
Campus email?
Due to security, confidential information, including your WebAdvisor
PIN, WebCT login information, will not be sent to an external email address.
Students seeking financial aid information, email information, networking
or WebCT information should send emails from their campus email account
in order to properly verify the request.
Setting Up E-mail Clients
Faculty and staff members should see your system administrator to receive
help in setting up a mail clients to access your Exchange e-mail. The
server name is exchange.utulsa.edu. You may access your exchange mail
through myTU or use the Outlook Web Access at https://exchange.utulsa.edu.

If you are having trouble logging in and need your campus password reset, for
security reasons, you must come to the computer help desk in McFarlin Library
with a current student ID card or government issued picture ID and let us to
help you with your password.
