Request for Email List

You may request an email list to use for campus purposes. As the owner you will use the list manager in myTU to set your list private or public as well as manage the user list.

Person Responsible for Maintaing the List
Name:	*required
Campus Username:	*required
Requested List Name (@utulsa.edu):	*required
Request:	New list Change to existing list
List Type:	Private (only select group can use it) Public (open for all to email)
Description of List Usage::	Include additional information about the request. If this is a private list specify who can send to it. If this is a change request specify what items should be changed. *required
