The University is aware that the University path to the Internet has been slow during peak times. Over the past two weeks, TU's Networking Services made systematic improvements to the network performance and is aware that more improvement is needed. It requires time to implement changes, to analyze the effects of changes, and to evaluate subsequent actions required to improve the network performance.
Some of the changes included adjusting the base connection speed, eliminating bottle necks in our data network architecture, and implementing bandwidth limitations for those abusing the network. This issue continues to be a top priority in Networking Services. Your patience is appreciated.
